The TUSA RS-460 X-pert Scuba Regulator System features the TUSA R-400 first-stage and the TUSA S-60 second-stage.  The first-stage features an environmentally sealed over-balanced diaphragm with two high-flow low-pressure ports, one standard low-pressure port and one high-pressure port.  The first stage also features a Cold Water Insulation System with a special coating on the main spring to ensure that the regulator performs in all diving conditions.
