The TUSA Platina Evolution Scuba Regulator system comes with the TUSA R-200 first-stage, the first TUSA product to offer a balanced diaphragm system.The ports feature left-right symmetry (two HP ports & four LP ports) for easy tank settings, even for beginners.The second stage of the RS-240 scuba regulator includes an exhaust resistance adjustment function for fine adjustment of airflow according to individual needs and a Universal swivel hose joint between the second stage of the RS-240 and the joint section of the low pressure hose for optimum performance and comfort.TUSA has also enhanced the comfort of the 2nd stage by using an Ortho-consciously designed mouthpiece.
There is also an optional cold-water diving kit available (choose accessory below). The R-200 can be equipped with the EK-23 Environmental Kit which has been specially developed to ensure smooth operation by the first stage when diving in a cold water environment of 41°F to 50°F (5°C to 10°C) and to protect the first stage when diving in sandy or silty conditions.
