The latest technological advance from Henderson, this new material delivers greater flexibility and improved features not found in standard neoprene wetsuits, yet at a reasonable cost perfect for the cost-conscious buyer. This 3mm Children's Henderson Thermoprene wetsuit is great for diving or playing in the pool. Thermoprene is crafted from a high quality neoprene & low pill fabric. It has 75-percent more stretch
than standard neoprene, so while it's not as flexible as Hyperstretch,
it still boasts significantly improved comfort characteristics.
Thermoprene is noticeably easier to don, pulling over the shoulders & around the torso with less huff & puff than standard wetsuits. And, the fabric's exterior stands up extremely well to the wear of BC straps & weight belts.
All suits have seams that are glued & sewn, which seals off stitched areas & drastically reduces water seepage. Henderson has added a self-sealing spine pad over the zipper to further limit water exchange & to help ease the weight of the dive tanks. Down below, brand new Freedom Flex kneepads provide a super-tough exterior with greatly improved mobility.
