Weight belts are an essential part of your dive gear, even if you have a weight integrated BCD. Carrying a weight belt can save your dive if you forget your weight pockets, or if you need more weight than your BCD can safely carry. Using a weight belt with weight integrated BCD's can also help distribute the weight for better buoyancy control if you need to carry a lot of weight.
