We have chosen South Visayas from Macatan To Apo Island: Taking in Cabilao Island, which is some to some of the best diving in the Philippines and is particularly noted for sightings of Hammerhead Sharks and Apo Island considered by many to be the most successful marine sanctuary in the Philippines. In the sanctuary, coral growth has benefited greatly and the vast number of fish species will please even the most seasoned of divers. Jacks, Tuna, Barracuda, Sweetlips, Bumphead Wrasse, Blacktip and White Tip Reef Sharks and Turtles can all be seen. At the marine Sanctuary dive site, Manta Rays are a common sighting. Around Dumaguete on Negros, especially when diving the pier, there is the possibility of seeing Mandarin fish, Frog Fish, Ornate Ghost Pipe Fish as well as many other smaller critters.
