We are offering a free UPS Ground shipping promotion to all orders over $75.00, excluding tanks, weights, and luggage.  If you prefer a faster shipping option, please choose it from the shipping list.  However the faster shipping option will not be covered under the free shipping promotion.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy 

At CrazyScuba.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have gone to extremes to personally select and test each product that we sell on our web site to assure you that they are some of the best products available. If you need to return a product our return policy is very straightforward and simple. We ask that you be fair with us and please follow these guidelines so that the return policy will work for everyone. There are NO returns or exchanges on camera systems, computers, and custom or Special Order items.

You may return any product within 30 business days of your purchase for a credit, exchange or refund for the cost of the product (excluding the shipping, handling and insurance charges), as long as the product has not been used. Items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging, with blank warranty cards and all the original literature. A 15% restocking fee will apply for new products returned with damage to the display boxes, and/or for a lack of warranty cards or missing literature.

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, handling, and insurance charges incurred on products returned for exchange. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
